learning.

Hi Doug,

We have been using what we call "JITL" (Just-in-Time-Learning") as opposed
to Just in Case Teaching for over10 years as an important concept of our
Action Reflection Learning methodology. To give you a headline, Doug:
based upon the concept that the best learning happens in the situation
where the problem happens, we design learning environments inside the
current business scenario. People work on their problem, in teams, and a
Learning Coach helps them to better accomplish their goal - both Learning
while Earning.

If you are interested in receiving some information about the ARL concepts
and experiences, don't hesitate to contact me.
