I'm another dissenting voice on the issue of Employee Ranking Systems. I
loathe the idea of a ranking list that puts one individual ahead of
another. I'm not sure that it creates a healthy atmosphere within the
organisation. Competition between employees may be helpful to a certain
degree, but it's a fine line between healthy competition and all out war!!
