This intensive, interacitve, 5-day course will be taught by Roger M.
Schwarz, author of "The Skilled Facilitator: Practical Wisdom for
Developing Effective Groups" Roger has developed a values-based
approach to facilitation that moves beyond meeting management and
focuses on creating highly effective groups and organizations. The
principles and techniques he teaches are essential to creating
empowered organizations.
