Michael,

I have a series of questions. (I like the aliteration, but find that
sometimes it is forced and that the parts are not equal, though the
presentation would lead one to think of it. I only ask because I'm working
on one with all "A"s, trying to answer the same questions.)
1. Are each equal in value?
2. Is there a linear progression which is preferable? Or, rather, are
there one or more that are conditioned upon the existence of one or more of
the others?
3. Are they completely distinct, or do they bleed over into one another,
like some messy Venn diagram?
4. Can you benchmark them? Or rather, can they be shown to impact the
bottom line of an organization?
5. Are the means of imparting the skills of each relatively the same, or
are they different enough to require vastly different education and
training methods?
These questions hit me as I read your posting. I'd be curious what others
think.
