Perhaps we can keep our eyes open for small opportunities to make learning
happen right smack in the middle of that gotta-get-things-done
perspective. I believe we can sometimes learn deep, important things in
that perspective that we can not learn any other way.

It's tricky, though, as you point out. When things are going well, I may
not feel an urgency to learn. When things are going poorly, I may not
feel I have the time to learn.
