Below please find a link for an intensive training for leaders seeking to
integrate spirituality, natural systems theory, and personal growth into
their organizational and personal change efforts.

The Insitute for Transforming Leadership - Summer Program
May 31-June 6, 1998
Held in Southern New Hampshire

A Program of The Center for Psychology and Social Change, in Cambridge,
MA, a non-profit educational institution, affiliated with Harvard Medical
School.

This 6-day residential training is for those in leadership roles who are
seeking new ways to connect and find meaning with their work and new tools
to better understand the complexity of problems facing them.

Through an intensive combination of presentations and experiential
opportunities participants will be invited to engage and practice
activities that breathe life into new paradigm leadership theory. Topics
include: integrating the spiritual self into leadership, methods for
experiencing and applying ecological and complex systems theory, advanced
methods for facilitating deep change and transformation.

The tuition for this training is quite reasonable and includes room/board
and all activities and materials.
