Dear Organlearners,

We have already unfolded some of the complexity of two of the
essentialities, namely
"becoming-being" (liveness)
<http://www.learning-org.com/98.04/0036.html>
"identitity-categoricity" (sureness)
<http://www.learning-org.com/98.04/0207.html>

It is now time to sharpen our insights with a seemingly simple
question in which the two essentialities above will play an important
role. The answer of each of us to this question will have profound
ramifications on the understanding of each of us of the learning of
individuals and organisations. Hopefully we may converge in our
understandings.

The question is:
Is it possible to transfer experience from one person to another
person?

Let me warn you - this is a deep question. We have had an intense and
wide ranging dialogue on this question during a recent meeting of our
local group on learning organisations. Make very sure what meaning
the words "transfer" and "experience" have for you (and for others)..

Best wishes
