List members,

I would like to mention how much value this list has brought to me in my
studies. At present, I am studing Organisations and Management at
Swinburne University Melbourne, Australia.

This may be of interest to this list because our classes are conducted in
such a way that we don't have lecturers. Instead, it is up to us, the
learning organisation, to meet our objective which is "To create an
effective learning enviroment and accomplish our work tasks". This
subject was quite difficult to figure out in the first few weeks, but as
time has passed, we are beginning to observe significant changes in our
structure, culture, strategy, and enviroment. Its a great way to
experience and understand what the learning organisation concept embodies,
as it forces us to examine ourselves and how we interrelate with each
other.

Any feedback from others in a similar situation would be very much
welcomed, and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
