In my experience, everyone operates on a moral platform, but each person
defines moral differently. The question of what to do with people who are
not moral is fraught with danger, because we will never come to agreement
about what moral means. Also, I don't find "morality" a useful concept in
understanding how I relate to people. If I'm not getting what I want from
a relationship, it is up to me to change myself (and therefore the
relationship) in some way -- whether the other person is "moral" or not.
