Honesty means that I believe what I say. It doesn't require that I say
everything I believe. If saying something would violate someone's
confidence, I can maintain honesty and confidence by simply refraining
from saying it.

Also, when I'm being honest (most of the time) I try not to mislead by
telling part of what I believe, either deliberately or inadvertently.

Can you describe a specific situation where you see a conflict between
honesty and confidentiality?
