Dear Colleagues,

The Editorial Board of "Knowledge, Technology & Policy" is receptive to
work that rests in the nexus of the three areas mentioned in the title. By
"knowledge" we mean epistemology, particularly how changing technologies
impact the way we learn and know things. "Policy" refers to what we should
do about it (if anything) as individuals, communities and governments.

Here are some key phrases indicative of KT&P's purview:

Technical Standards, Regulation of Technology, Epistemological Issues
Technology, Technology Law, Technical Entrepreneurship, Information
Technology, The Political Economy of Technology.

We are just getting started as the journal has just been renamed and
