The Editorial Board of "Knowledge, Technology & Policy" is receptive to
work that rests in the nexus of the three areas mentioned in the title. By
"knowledge" we mean epistemology, particularly how changing technologies
impact the way we learn and know things. "Policy" refers to what we should
do about it (if anything) as individuals, communities and governments.

Technology, The Political Economy of Technology.
