I would completely agree Ben- life is about turning potential into
reality- reducing the gap between potential and actual performance and
being all that you can be. If every individual did that, then corporate
and country-wide growth would also be maximized.

Too many things like static structures and attitudes put barriers in the
way of achieving "inherent greatness"- and there are many ways of removing
and bypassing these barriers- messaging systems as you describe are
definately one that makes organizational structures more dynamic and
natural and allows the static to be bypassed.

I am glad you love what you do too- that is the first step onto the right
road of realizing potential, because if you don't love what you do, how
can you do it to the best of your ability?

Enjoy yourself!
