Thank you for mentioning George Leonard. It allowed me to link Leonard and
de Lange:
- living on the plateau - digestive learning
- peak experiences - emergent learning

As At de Lange warns to thrive for continual emergent learning, George
Leonard states, that one needs to learn to love the plateau.
