I have noticed some excellent discussion regarding concepts of empowerment
in organizations in the last few weeks. It has caused me to welcome those
of you interested in writing for the Empowerment in Organizations to
contact me. A few details are below. I welcome further discussion.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Participation and Empowerment is a journal published by MCB University
Press dealing with the principles of participation and empowerment.

Subscribers to the journal are those individuals in organizations who are
interested in unleashing the full creative potential of the workforce
through empowerment principles and practices. Articles range from 3,000
to 6,000 words. Specific requirements for publication in the journal can
be available by contacting Linda Wing at the address below.
