Roxanne, I agree with your comments but feel you have forgotten that
people are human will judge by appearance just as much as by content. It
is unavoidable. Packaging is important and part of being good. To be good
one must be heard and respected. To be heard one must look right to the
receiver.

To the extent that not looking "right ' detracts form the message we
cannot be as good as possible.
