Hi fellow Organolearners

I'm from Cagua, Venezuela, South America, and glad to have joined this
list.

I'm food engineering, I have worked for eight years in a food Industry
(processed meat company)

Have been involved in the implementation of TQM philosophy for three
years, but now the effort is over.

My involvement and interest in learning Organization concepts began when I
was involved in TQM activities.

I'm about to finish my Msc in Industrial Engineering, now I'm writing my
thesis titled "Design of a plan that propitiates the technological
learning in a food industry"

The learning process is complex and implicit and the Knowledge it
generates can be tacit. During the learning process however, tacit
knowledge is transformed into pratices o institutionalizaed routines.
Learning by doing and learning by appropiation constitute the two main
building blocks of technological organization learning in almost all
industries.

I need to define the organizative framework and the actions which will
allowe the technological learning in the bottom-line, the objetive is to
convert the day to day labor in learning and result in the increase of
productivity indicators.

At this moment, we are installing a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Software, named SAP, I think what this to be a very help for us.

Anybody , which have had experiencie with ERP systems (Integrated systems
of Information Technology) and how to make this help at learning
organization?

Hope to be able to participate an learn in this list

Good Luck for all
