Sifting through our posts of the past couple of years, I have condensed
the following list of strengths and weaknesses of the LO.
Strengths of a Learning Organization
1. Able to cure any problem that foolish non-learning org. people have
created.
2. Able to instantly recognize the system-wide implications of everything.
3. Able to convert other organizations into learning organizations at will.
4. Able to support any management theory in vogue during the past 20 years.
Weaknesses of a Learning Organization
1. Difficult to define.
2. Difficult to create.
3. Difficult to copy.
4. Often overtaken and throttled by newer buzzwords.
