Dear listers -

I'm new to the list - fairly new, that is. I've been observing the
conversation --

I need help if you would be willing to give it. I read The Fifth
Discipline a few years ago, did some workshops with Dr. Fernando Flores
that was unrelated to Senge or The Fifth, and generally became interested
in learning, thinking, organizations, education etc. ... probably similar
to many of you here - maybe?

Are you familiar with resources that pertain to education - public schools
in particular - that begins to bring together goal setting (long- and
short-term), mission, visioning, etc. built on Senge's work? I'm
currently nearing the end of my work on a particular type of certification
that would allow me to function in as a principal or supervisor.
Eventhough I was recently accepted into UNT's doctoral program in applied
technology, I may well forsake the doctorate so that I can work as a
public school administrator in some capacity.

Thanks for any help...
