I'm working on my Ph.D. and my research area is virtual teams and team
performance/effectiveness. Has anyone seen or have insight into
qualitative research articles, research, experience or direction for
finding info in this area. I have a feeling I'll have to do most of my
research citations from traditional teams and try to apply that to virtual
teams.
