I have a good friend and client who has a project to change the
organizational culture of her department. As part of her research she
wants to interview someone from a fortune 100 company who has successfully
achieved organizational culture change. Anyone have suggestions as to
what Fortune 100 company can actually claim to have successfully achieved
culture change? Better yet do you know of a person involved she could
talk to?
