To our colleagues in HR, training, and all those interested in learning
organizations,

Executive Consulting Group, Inc. has been conducting research on
evaluation and measurement over the past ten years. In 1997, we won the
first Research Award from the American Society of Training and Development
for a paper* in Personnel Psychology. This award is given for the paper
that is published in a refereed journal that has the most impact on the
practice of training.

In conjunction with the U.S. Air Force, we are conducting research in the
evaluation and measurement area. Participation in evaluation and
measurement, of course, is one way we assure learning. We would like to
ask you to participate in that research by completing the survey located
at:

http://www.ecgweb.com/evalsurvey.html

The survey is only 15 questions long. You will receive a report on the
results if you indicate a desire for this.

Thank you, George Alliger for the ECG research team.
