I agree with you in the part that I have snipped ;-)

In what concerns your theory, my experience relates to a system where the
"academics" also act as administrators. So, they are in the right place to
act and try to promote the LO culture. But, in a great number of cases,
they do not. Their "espoused theory" is not their "theory in action", even
in that situation. How do you accommodate this in terms of your theory, Jo
?
