Greetings from Venezuela South America

I am several days thinking about giving answer to the original question of
Kate Mulqueen, I believe that already .

A learning organization is defined as an organization skilled at creating,
acquiring and transferring knowledge and ultimately at modifying its own
behavior accordingly (Garvin, 1993).

The individual acts as the agent in the learning process, but
organizational learning transcends individuals and refers to the process
by wich the group or organization improves the range of activities it
performs to provide goods and/or services.

If a organization "learns", the quality and productive indicators would be
increasing

Therefore we must focus in those indicators that allow me to demonstrate
that the organizational learning this happening.

These indicators are referred as "differential abilities to learn" and
are all related to technological learning (Lefebvre, 1996)

Learning by doing and learning by appropration constitute the two main
building blocks of technological organizational learning in Small
Manufacturing Enterprises (SMEs)

I would like to know his opinion about the different abilities to learn
that they can be applied in the Manufacturing Industries.

I hope this help
