Learning Organizations in the Bay Area LO19961

I am a recent graduate of Columbia Law School. Instead of practicing law
I have decided to pursue a path in which I can learn leadership skills
with which to better serve humanity (and pay off my law school loans at
the same time). I am wondering if anyone has a list of companies in the
Bay Area which purport to be or are close to being Learning Organizations.
My mentor--conflict resolution, motivation, and mediation specialist
Angeles Arrien--has suggested that I would thrive within such an
organization.
