>" 50 ideas not to confirm an employee ".
I am wondering whether these ideas are really so interessting. A company
that does not want to confirm an employee will always find reasons not to
do so. And if the company still want the contribution of that employee?
Well, it depends on the market and whether the employee is willing to
accept the conditions offered. He need not stay with that company. On the
other hand, collect experiences also under bad financial conditions, can
be good for that person to increase his value for this or other companies.
Why don't you collect "50 reasons not to confirm an employee." I am sure
that cost saving is not the only reason.
And what about "50 reasons to confirm an employee"? This would deal with
the various aspects of value an employee can add to a company. And this
list may help an employee to convince a company to better confirm, before
they risk to loose a gem.
