I am a graduate student in Educational Technology at Concordia Univeristy,
Montreal (Canada). I was introduced to the Learning Organization concept
in an adult education class entitled, "Adult Education: Values and
Concepts".
I am presently working on a report which examines the use and application
of the learning organization concept. My main aim is to find real
applications of the LO and to study the victories and challenges within
these "learning organizations".
I have begun reading the literature and am fascinated with the LO concept.
Can it really work? Is it working? What challenges have been discovered?
What is the best way to introduce the concept to an organization?
Any guidance and information to tackle this wide scope for a project is
welcome. :-)
