I went back to re-read what I wrote and I clearly understand why what I
wrote looked like I was trying to make a distinction -- It truly wasn't
intended that way.

I agree with a great deal of what you stated. Where I was trying to go
was... I believe that who I am as a person and my behaviours should be
congruent. That is I should be acting out what I believe. Do what I say.
I wanted to also note that I, unfortunately, am not always successful at
that. However, when push comes to shove I am in control over whether or
not anyone else will have any influence over my future behaviours.
SOmeone eles may want to change me, but unless I'm open to 'hearing' and
'thinking' about what is said -- it won't happen.
