Adding to John Gunklers comments. about difference.

I have no experience with demographics but a lot with in plant attitude.
One situation has struck me many times.

The attitude about management is remarkably similar, with in a given
company, across the ranks for people from all rungs of the economic
ladder. The opinions are the same but the resultant behavior are
different. Their behavior seems to be a function of personal goals and
values. This different behavior confuses management because they most
often see different behavior and think is driven by different opinions.
