Does the LO even Exists, or is it just a tepmoral state in wich org. are
able to learn?

The essence of letting other questions/thoughts/meanings/perspectives in
and not judging these deviant thoughts but learning from it will not
stand the time in a Real LO, because the real LO consists of members who
all share the same mindset/mental models
(individual or collective/organizational).

You have to get (at one time) a stable definition about what you are
doing in your org. When you're constantly asking questions about the
fundaments and breaking it of, how can you build a empire state building
on these grounds??

Therefore maybe we can TRY to build A LO but realy come to this
utopia/dream will be impossible. We can learn from the building proces
and the development but it stays a retrospective phenomenon??

Can anyone tell me if I'm on the right track??

Thank you...

Do they exist in time??

I get the same feeling of
