Take Charge Consultants, Inc. and a chef we've partnered with in NYC offer
Team Cooking sessions-a teambuilding session that occurs in the kitchen as
groups cook up a gourmet meal. The process has been written up in the New
York Times and many other business publications, and a segment aired on
"Good Morning America."

In any case we're offering Train the Trainer sessions for interested
facilitators and chefs in February and May 1999...If you feel these
sessions would benefit the members please publish the information below.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me at 610-269-9590.

Cordially,

Ria Taraschi

For those of you on the list who are consultants or
internal trainers and are interested in expanding your practice
capabilities...we've put together a partnership with a New York firm and
have designed a teambuilding session that involves facilitation and
cooking. The objective is to use the kitchen as a place where attendees
can assess and reflect on their team strengths and prepare a gourmet
meal at the same time. We've been doing it for over a year and a half.
The New York Times, Training Magazine, ASTD Journal and several other
major publications have rated the experience highly. ABC Television
spent a day at one session to film the experience as an alternative
learning model. There have been so many requests that we decided to
offer a Train-the-Trainer so others can take the model and use it. This
is not a franchise. The next two programs will be run in February and
May in New York City and will equip attendees with all that they need to
run the program.
