I'm at the threshold of designing a project. It's a staff development
project for a school. The project can span 3-5 years. I would very much
appreciate your input - any input, BTW...resources, criticism, steps to
take, experiences, etc.

I think I'm going to propose working on vision and mission. If you were
to begin such a project, where would you start? How would you know that
this may be what's needed?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I suspect that I've got to
build in learning and training.
