Ron Zemke (co-author of Service America! and numerous other business books
on service) and I have done service blueprinting for several clients --
but I am unaware of any online examples. It is not the kind of
information that a business typically shares with the world -- they tend
to feel proprietary about it because the blueprint "gives away the
secrets" of their business processes.
Why are you looking for online examples? Perhaps I can privately be of
help.
