Tom Christoffel (tjcdsgns@shentel.net) asks about using the 360:
>With two staff, myself and the Administrative Assistant being there 25 &
>15 years respectively, and the other five all under two years, we've not
>been able to get to the team working environment we once had.

Any technique to encourage open communication will help. The 360 will ask
them to evaluate you and you to evaluate them. If this is done completely
honestly, it may be very delicate to handle, especially because they are
not motivated the same way you are and you all face new challenges.

I would prefer to use a planning session to deal with the external forces
changing the role of your organization. This should have a rallying
effect. Then after the positive effects of pursuing the actions generated
by the planning, a 360 may have a cohesive effect.
