The Ashridge Mission Model appeared in an article 'Creating a Sense of
Mission' by Andrew Campbell and Sally Yeung in the journal Long Range
Planning, Vol.24, No.4, pp10-20, 1991.
A more developed version of this appears in my own book Demerging
Organisations - A Guide to Best Practice, being published shortly on 2
April by Financial Times Management. If you would like to let me have
