I am consultant primarily working with family-owned / closely held
businesses in the service and agricultural sectors. My main focus is
facilitating company owners or executives in aligning on the present and
future direction of their company (and implementing their choices!). As
part of this process, my clients often generate a commitment to building a
learning organization.

I have been working in this field for about 10 years, after 13 years in
the offshore oil and gas industry. I find the LO list to be a great place
to challenge my mental model(s). I appreciate the thoughtful
contributions that each of you make here.
