Replying to LO20796 -

Thanks Ed for the helpful clarification and also the reference to Susan
Wright's book. FYI, the roots of anthropology involvement in
organizational and industrial settings stems from the 1930s and 1940s
human relations movement and included such pioneers as Eliott Chapple and
Fred Richardson.

The main distinction I see between folks who talk 'KM' vs. 'OL' is
sociological. IT/MIS folks talk the former, behavioralists the latter.
