Bringing Systems To Life:

A dynamic three-day workshop that literally brings Systems Thinking to
life -- putting solutions to today's complex problems in the hands of the
people involved. To learn from our efforts -- our successes and failures
alike -- means connecting what we get with what we've done. Without these
connections we can't learn, and we can't make constructive changes.

- Gain a working knowledge of the Systems Thinking, Leadership, and Teamwork
skills required in today's flexible, responsive organizations.
- Find out what it's like to work in a Learning Organization.
- Safely challenge and develop your Mental Models in an inclusive "hands-on"
accelerated learning environment.
- Learn from realistic practice fields that faithfully duplicate real
organizational dynamics.
- Make static "snap-shot" interventions obsolete as you learn how to tune
and grow your organization while it's in motion.

People used to ask how to get started. Now they're asking how to keep
going. Anything that grows will meet with resistance -- it's the nature of
growth. Our challenge is to prepare ourselves for the journey -- for the
long haul.

Workshop Content:

- Balanced Learning(TM).
- Closing The Loop(TM) Simulation.
- Self-Organization Simulation.
- The Tea Game(TM) Organization-Wide Simulation.

- Seeing the invisible part of the system structure below the surface is
important to your future.
- You want to be part of an organization that has a sharp collective mind,
yet is guided by caring hearts.

You Will Learn How To:

- Take initiative in a constructive way, not waiting for others nor blaming
them for not acting first.
- Replace process myths with a working knowledge of System Dynamics.
- Develop a Systems Intuition for addressing problems while there is time
and leverage enough to make a difference.
- Build a learning environment that can consistently convert pressure into
creative response rather than dysfunction.

realities while serving their employees.
