I'm sure you'll get some more useful responses, but I seem to remember
that Rol Fessenden at L.L. Bean had many insightful posts about working
with Maine school systems as an avocation. I think the Listserv archive
probably has some useful posts along these lines. Haven't heard from Rol
in a while, maybe Rick can help you get in touch...
