Unless of course half is not less but more (as in "less is more")
with a change of vowel from (u) to (i)
in which case it would be a change like heese (as in quantum
geese) or an addition like one cheese halfed would become
two chiafim. That is if the cheese is truly angelic.

Metaphoric? Analogic? or is that gesic?
