Stan it can!!!!!!!!!!!

The first sign of life of a baby, while in the womb is the heart. The
brain stem has not yet developed. Until about 3-4 years of age, I think we
mostly "live" from our hearts. Our brains have not had time to develop
enough to judge, resent, hold grudges, self doubt etc. all the things that
we admire about our kids, the little love bugs.

What happened.....we just forgot how to access the power of
Heart Intelligence. True balanced excitement can be attained by
transforming our perceptions. It starts with understanding
that the heart and head do work together. Emotional Management
allows you to have a high ratio of presence.

Wether you are at work or at home you can start by re-experiencing
the FEELING you have in the garden. After awhile you can learn
to appreciate things outside the garden more often.

If this sounds "out there" check the American Journal of Cardiology
http://www.heartmath.org/ResearchPapers/AJC1195/AJC1195.html
How emotions effect us and how we have more
control of them than we generally know.

Or, the case study for the Santa Clara Police Department
http://www.heartmath.org/ResearchPapers/Police/welcome.html
Talk about a dramatic stage to show that you can step out
of the garden and still have control over the fun in your life.
These officers got a lot of relief fast.

Take care,
