I am also interested in responses to Brian's request for validated
instruments. If they do not exist, I would also be interested in hearing
from the list memebers what they believe the research needs are for LO and
KM practice. We have theories, but what really works? What is the
impact? What behavioral trajectories do we expect to see when LO
practices are implemented in the workplace?
Who is doing this research today?
