is, actually, my first experience with being on an interactive list of
this type.
I am an industrial/organizational psychologist from New York City
with 10 years experience in educational, health benefits, and motivation
research in non-profit and for-profit settings. I am currently involved
in a project for which I need to find research about the effectiveness of
learning organization interventions. I would like to know if any of the
current models of a learning organization have been tested with research
that makes use of statistical methods of analysis? What outcomes have been
demonstrated to be the results of realigning an organization using
learning organization principles?
