Many 'Management Fads" have been supported as the "ultimate answer" to all
our organization problems. Because organizations are "complex adaptive
systems", any single solution can never solve all the problems all the
time. However, many "fads" have contributed to the understanding of HOW
things work, they just won't give the excuse to stop learning.... Thinking
we have "arrived".

So even if organizational learning loses it's glow as the "latest and
greatest", organizations and individuals must continue to learn and grow
as the environment coevolves with them. The alternative is to simply
"fade away" and join the other million process cycles of life and death.

So the question isn't whether or not it is a fad .... the question is ....

ARE YOU LEARNING TO LEARN FASTER FAST ENOUGH ?

"Truth is the strange attractor of Mankind....It can only be understood from
a perspective greater than our current reality"
