Introduction and a question for the list:
All - How do you do! My name is Brian Gordon, currently doing a variety of
things, including a research Ph.D.. I am studying the blocks and
facilitators of learning in individuals and organizations, and this thread
has prompted me to ask a question.
Vana and Glen have made the point that learning/growth can be helped -
perhaps in some case made possible - by a supportive individual. I
believe that the limiting factor in the progress of learning organizations
will be the personal growth of the individuals within them. What can
organizations do to help individuals grow, given that people at all levels
have insecurities of their own to deal with?
