Does LO really exist LO23089

I really appreciate the comments. I personally agree that LO is just an
ideal destination companies are moving forward to. It's just like zero
defects and stuff like that. It's up to the organisation to accurately
define LO to suit their operation.

I just hope that the term LO stick around unlike some other terms which
have disappeared or slowly forgotten. However, I believe that even though
the terms are no longer mentioned around, the practices that they bring
will forever have impacts on organisations.
