You might be interested in a book called 'Corporate Amnesia' by Arnold
Kransdorff. I believe it addresses this subject well. He has done
research in Great Britain about how organisations here are doing... it
makes fascinating reading... how much they 'forget' to 'remember' (among
other things).;-)
