With rapid technological and market changes, the education and training
community is now challenged with providing cost-effective, real-time and
value-added learning opportunities. Many education institutions,

LEO is a Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia based learning exchange
center with affiliates in London, China and Singapore. LEO works in smart
partnerships with recognized academic institutions, training
organizations, Fortune 100 companies and small and medium size enterprises
(SME's) to provide clients with creative, cost-efficient and quality
managed training and education experiences.

LEO's strategic vision is to develop a world-class learning exchange
center that seamlessly integrates classroom and forward-looking technology
mediums for the optimal delivery of education and training. Our vision is
also about advancing the research and development of distance education as
well as the promotion of the benefits and value distance education
contributes to the individual, businesses and community at large.

Today LEO is leading the charge in developing the first Asia-Pacific
Distance Education Association (APDEA) for the research and advancement of
