Replying to LO25631 --

I'm in the process of doing a dissertation proposal after attending a
three year 'cohort' program at The George Washington University at
Ashburn, Virginia (USA).

The general number for the program is (703) 726-8203 but you can probably
get something from the George Washington University web site at 'gwu.edu'

I enjoyed the cohort atmosphere, because as a constructivist, I believe
knowledge is socially created.
