What about APPRECIATION in the light of :

a) getting inspired by whatever maybe the gesture or effort rendered that
causes "me" to take up next step to complete a wholesome new reality ...

b) the other party (ies) gets the signals and also further get motivated
and inspirted ...

thereby mutually working towards a shared vision.

both are keen and mutual learners, no expression of superiority over
another person.
