I think Rick is right. For most good readings list, IMHO, (if you believe
'step'-approaches), please consult J. M. Juran's Managerial Breakthrough,
Brian Joiner's The Fourth Generation Management and Peter Sholtes's The
Leader Handbook and The Team Handbook (2nd edition) and so on. The books I
listed are most published by McGraw-Hill and Chinese translations are
available if it is relevant.
